Setup
Setup couldn't be easier.  Just enter your companies name, the name of the accounts you need to track, and the beginning balances of those accounts, and setup is complete.  Really.  You can actually set up your company in the spreadsheet in less time than it took you to read this section. We have even hilighted the fields you need to complete in yellow to help you get down to business.
 
Enter Transactions
Our easy transaction entry screen 
makes it as simple as entering:

• Date
• Check number
• Select deposit or withdrawl
• Select a predefined income or expense category
• Payee or customer name
• Transaction amount

That's it!  Once that information is entered, the statements are immediately updated to reflect the new transaction.  Enter transactions for one to three checking (or credit card) accounts, and up to 5,000 annual transactions for each account!  That is plenty of entry capacity for most small businesses.
